I admit it.
I panicked.
War is hell and in the face of unforeseen adversity I fell apart.
But I am a Warrior, a highly skilled knitter.
Did you really think I was going to let a little thing like running out of yarn keep me from completing my mission?
So now my socks, mis-matched though they maybe, are on their way to their target.

OMIGOD! I just hate when I the Walmart runs out of the color yarn I started my project with or worse yet, when the yarn manufacturer discontinues the color.
ReplyDeleteHaving learned from the latter mistake, I bought all my yarn for my current project up front, minus one skein, which I have been very poor in following up on.
I better stop surfing and posting and find that missing skein.
