I admit it.
I panicked.
War is hell and in the face of unforeseen adversity I fell apart.
But I am a Warrior, a highly skilled knitter.
Did you really think I was going to let a little thing like running out of yarn keep me from completing my mission?
So now my socks, mis-matched though they maybe, are on their way to their target.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
Fear me and my Warrior Cry!

Ok, now I'm a-singing Patti Smith.
I just know you're going to win this thing, Mamma.
Excellent! You are not a knitter warrior to be messed with!!
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Your resourcefulness is impressive!
I am afraid very afraid.

OMIGOD! I just hate when I the Walmart runs out of the color yarn I started my project with or worse yet, when the yarn manufacturer discontinues the color.
Having learned from the latter mistake, I bought all my yarn for my current project up front, minus one skein, which I have been very poor in following up on.
I better stop surfing and posting and find that missing skein.
WTG!! Cool looking socks anyways! Go Warrior!!!
way to improvise!!! congrats to you, you stealthy SW assassin!
